We have a flat-rate diagnostic fee in the event that no repair is done. This allows us to continue to provide top of the line services to everyone without getting inundated with a lot of unrepairable items. The diagnostic fee is paid at the time you drop off your computer and will be applied towards the service rendered.

Need files recovered from your hard drive? Just to attempt is $99 (no guaranty). If we are able to recover the files, then it is the fees below. Fees do not include the cost of media.

• First 50 GBs of Data included, each additional 50 GB’s of Data is $27.99

**If backup Media is not supplied, there maybe an additional trip charge plus cost of media if we need to go and get it after we arrive. Onsite limited to 50 GB. If it is over 50 GB service is switched to Pickup and Return.

• If laptop the motherboard needs to be removed and readjusted, there will be an additional $81 fee due to the sensitivity of the process.
