Windows Password Reset/Recovery

Did you change your Windows Password… but not sure what you entered? Maybe you haven’t used this computer in forever, but need the files. Normally, we can wipe your password to get your back into your computer, though we do require that you are able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this is actually your computer (things like a receipt, or you knowing specific files on the computer, etc).
