Need
someone to help walk you through an issue and how to fix it? We can do
it with you over the phone! If we’re not able to resolve the issue over
the phone with you, the amount paid for the phone support will be
applied to the Onsite/Bring-to-Us/Pick-up and Return service. Call us at

If we are not available when you call, it
means we are with another customers, so please leave your name, phone
number and that you require Phone PC Support, and one of our techs will
call you back within 24 hours.

*Note: All
of our Computer Repair Techs are located within the United States. We
are a locally owned and operated company, and use local techs even for
our phone support.
