In the Privacy Checkup, it’s very similar to what you expect from the Facebook Privacy features; Who can see your Photos, Videos, +1, Reviews, etc, as well as if Google can feature your publicly shared Google+ photos as background images for products and services (if you’re a professional photographer, you probably want to select the option to OPT-OUT of that.)

Next, they have you check what phone numbers people can find you with. With the prevalence of cell phones, and people connected their contacts to social media profiles… this just helps people connect with you. After that, you get to easily modify your YouTube Privacy Settings, which is really nice as most people don’t realize that they could do this!
