Update to Privacy & Security Tools for Google Accounts

Yesterday Google announced some updates for Google Accounts. Google has always been very proactive when it comes to safe guarding your information and privacy, even though it does use much of your information to direct ads to you – though now you can opt-out of much of this.Keep in mind, most of these are not necessarily new tools, but was made into a beautiful interface and simpler step-by-step process to help guide you through setting up the security and privacy settings to the level that you like. Additionally, with many websites being hacked over the years, it’s always a good idea to check your security and privacy settings on a regular basis.

So, take about 5-minutes and check that your Security and Privacy settings are how you want to have them. Just go to https://myaccount.google.com/ and select “Security Checkup” and “Privacy Checkup“.
