I have been a client of Psinergy TechWarrior for more than 7 years. Andre`, my tech, came to my home on multiple occasions when my business PC had a virus or I needed upgrading. His knowledge is extensive and has more patience than I do. I just keep hitting buttons and he gently reminds me that it takes time to download and upload information. Andre` even went shopping for new equipment with me to make sure that I was totally satisfied. I trust him completely and give him full access to my PC remotely. Their pricing is very reasonable and they guarantee their work. I recommend Psinergy TechWarrior to all my friends and family when they have computer problems. Great service at a reasonable price. Friendly people. When my desktop computer would not start up, I l dropped it off. They diagnosed the problem, a bad power unit, and ordered a replacement part. I picked it up two days after I dropped it off.

They are so friendly and helpful. Fix my burnt power button so quickly and only charge me 25 bucks for diagnostics. Other top-rated stores usually charge around 100 dollars for that.

Have had two repair experiences with Psinergy one a long time ago when I first got this HP Pavilion and just recently. The computer was a bit of a lemon and went back to the factory under warranty repairs twice and when it was out of warranty we got the BSOD and brought it to Psinergy and they fixed it and it worked fine but now — 5 or 6 years later it was slowing down — my wife and I mainly use it for basic Microsoft Office programs and internet — it was hanging up and extremely slow — we were going to replace it but money is tight so we brought it in for a tune up and it is nearly as fast as my new work laptop. Can’t say enough good things about Psinergy. Great company! Great service! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
